Join us on the 29th of March for a workshop in the park to celebrate the spring season!

Participants will use the surrounding natural environment to create a framed artwork inspired by old plant documentation techniques such as herbaria and cyanotype prints. Participants will learn a photosensitive printing technique, and apply documentation techniques to create visual compositions along with foraged plants, poems or text of their choice and frame them within a 7”x5” glass-brass frame.

This workshop aims to teach participants new visual techniques while promoting knowledge and appreciation of the natural environment. The workshop is very dynamic and involves moving around and using inspiration from the surroundings to document a moment in time and create unique pieces to keep.
